Franchise Program Manager
Job Overview
As a Manager of Insurance program operations, the primary responsibility of the position is to support the CEO and Director of Franchise Operations in the execution of the agency expansion strategy. The primary role of this position is to execute on the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for new partner locations. The role is also responsible for the ongoing support of the existing partner/franchise locations. Responsible for sales strategy execution, meeting performance goals via a wide spectrum of agency interactions (e.g... Field visits, phone calls and broad reach marketing tools). Additional responsibilities include the support of growth around the country, carrier relationship support, marketing support, agency systems and solutions support, and other agency related business growth operations.
The focus is currently on standing up new agencies, acquiring and integrating existing agencies, and building our longer-term franchise model. This strategy will include increasing new business, upselling, cross selling and leveraging new referral partners to our partner agencies. In addition to growing new business, you are responsible to ensure high retention. This will require you to serve as an agency advocate within Pini to provide agents with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options.
This is a full-time position. You will work in the office 40 hours per week. Over time, as we build and expand with the potential opportunity to lead and oversee a team of business consultants. Join us while we are growing and enjoy the upside!!
Responsibilities
Enthusiastically participate in the development of the agency expansion strategy and executing on the strategy countrywide.
- Lead the development of agency onboarding and management programs.
- Support the marketing, prospecting and integration of new partner agencies & producers.
- Develop relationships and support existing franchise locations.
- Proactively researches new ways to improve insurance sales.
- Build internal relationships with all areas of the business to cohesively integrate our new models into our enterprise business.
- Identify new carrier relationships and build relationships with existing carriers. Support the onboarding and training with new carrier products. This includes the administrative task of submitting, monitoring and maintaining carrier licensing requests and compliance.
- Maintain internal database of agency compliance and internal documents.
- Leverage the existing CRM technology to develop a reporting and analytics framework.
- Enhancing agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Look for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions for agents, and insuring clients receive superior customer service.
- Staying abreast of the most current products and services offered by Pini as well as industry regulations and news.
- Work with leadership to establish & track New Business/Conversion/Rounding/Lead volume/Customer Service goals.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve overall agency profitability.
- Follow established corporate guidelines.
· 50% travel required (could be frequent in certain territories).
· Able to work variable and flexible hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays in response to business needs.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
· Bi-Lingual
· At least five years of insurance program/franchise/aggregator/insurance carrier sales, account management, business development, and/or marketing experience is required.
· At least five years of Insurance Experience.
· Experience in owning or managing a business is a plus.
· Strong track record of profitable growth in a variety of insurance products.
- Experience in insurance carrier relationships/licensing/business development.
- Experience in managing and developing a high performing team.
- Goal-oriented and thrives in a reward-based atmosphere.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as positive interpersonal skills
- Optimistic attitude demonstrating positivity, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and exceptional work ethic.
- Organizational and time management skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
