Insurance Sales and Service Representative I

We are seeking a self-motivated and eager Sales and Service Representative with strong customer service and sales skills to join our fast-paced contact center.

As a Sales and Service Rep, you will be...

• Selling auto, homeowners, and renter’s insurance products,
• Advising prospects and policyholders about protection and coverage,
• Providing excellent customer service,
• Explaining about DTRIC products, plans, and programs, and
• Moving in-bound and online leads as necessary

The minimum requirements are:

At least six (6) months work experience in a call center, sales environment, or a combination of relevant education and experience. Insurance Producer license preferred. Paid training is provided for new hires without a license. Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus!
