Job Description:

MoveDocs is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. The Intake Coordinator supports our customers by ensuring patients are promptly and successfully scheduled for all directed treatment referrals. As a critical member of our customer service team, this role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, comfortable spending most of their time on the phone, and driven to find positive solutions to issues and challenges. This position is based out of our Las Vegas, NV headquarters.

Responsibilities:

· Receive and successfully address treatment referrals from Attorneys and Providers.

· Work directly with Providers to ensure that patients are scheduled for their treatment in a timely and accurate manner.

· Able to build rapport with both law firms and physician offices.

· Update files as directed on a computer.

· Proactively inform law firm of their client’s appointment date.

· Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

· Consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Experience in a customer-centric call-center environment.

· Previous medical or scheduling background preferred.

· Bilingual strongly preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Ability to sit and be on the phone for long periods.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to type 45 wpm.

· Computer literate.

· Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines between different duties.

· Ability to demonstrate appropriate interpersonal communication skills.
