Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Senior Process Improvement & Planning Manager at our manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing environment, focusing on process efficiency, production support, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting and analyzing production and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Help coordinate manufacturing projects, track progress, and ensure alignment with production schedules.
Support documentation and optimization of manufacturing workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
Participate in daily operations meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with inventory tracking, materials management, and logistical support as needed.
Support administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and preparation of operational documents.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with manufacturing software is a plus.
Good communication skills to work effectively across departments.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and contribute to operational improvements.
