Job Description
The Divisional Director oversees, administers, and directs the administrative functions of the assigned programs to ensure compliances with all agency policies and contract requirements. Reviews, monitors, and reports out program specific data documented in monthly and quarterly reports. Conducts quality reviews to evaluate effectiveness of services, program goals/outcomes, and adherence to statement of work. Conducts staff training and departmental meetings with program staff to provide support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences with 5 year experience of program management in behavioral health/social services or a Master’s degree in social sciences with a 2 years of experience of program management in behavioral health/social services.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
Must have a current Texas driver’s license and liability insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
