We are seeking a skilled DELMIAWorks (IQMS) Injection Molding Superuser to join our team in our Austell office. The DELMIAWorks (IQMS) Injection Molding Superuser will be responsible for guiding ESG’s Injection Molding setup and operation within the DELMIAWorks (IQMS) ERP environment. This includes entry and settings of all BOMs, routings and manufacturing expertise within the ERP system. This also includes guidance around the DELMIAWorks (IQMS) manufacturing execution system interfaced with the molding machines, as well as ongoing preventative maintenance and maintenance, repair and operations modules. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of DELMIAWorks (IQMS) manufacturing navigation, functionality, processes, and reporting. This role will primarily collaborate with the Manufacturing Operations, Finance, and IT departments. This role is key in obtaining ISO 13485:2016 certification for ESG’s manufacturing operation.

Overview and Responsibilities

1. Utilize expertise to follow procedures related to part and customer configuration based on specifications and alignment with Operations and Finance, while adhering to DELMIAWorks (IQMS) best practices.

a. Ensure that physical department operations match the processes set within DELMIAWorks (IQMS).

b. Collaborate with stakeholders and external customers to understand business requirements for the Injection Molding operation within the DELMIAWorks (IQMS) ERP system.

c. Follow a standard Change Management process.

d. Provide DELMIAWorks (IQMS) training and support for Manufacturing end-users.

2. Ensure real-time data collection from molding machines to support Business Analytics.

3. Provide guidance on the proper setup of MRO and machine maintenance to reduce downtime in the Manufacturing operation.

4. Ensure proper documentation of all tooling and mold maintenance

5. Guide Injection Molding operations team through DELMIAWorks (IQMS) MRP Supply Planning within a manufacturing environment.

6. Guide the team on WIP, Routings, Inventory Control and Warehouse Management.

7. Implement new modules to support efficiency gains within the overall operation at ESG.

8. Build custom reports and dashboards for Executive, Finance and Operations teams.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience as a DELMIAWorks (IQMS) superuser in a Plastic Injection Molding environment.

2. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT or related field or 8+ years relevant experience within industry.

3. Strong understanding of ERP functionalities, dashboards, saved searches and report creation.

4. Project Management experience within large ERP projects.

5. Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

6. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Passion for learning new skills and teaching.
