ATI (atiserve.com) has joined forces with NerdsToGo and is opening an IT store in the north DFW area. NerdsToGo is a rapidly growing technology-based service company, with a mission to provide the best white-glove service. We strive every day to provide outstanding technology services for residential and small business customers. In doing so, we hope to continue bringing “magic” to our customers for years to come.

What You’ll Be Doing in this Role:

You’ll have an opportunity to secure our place in the DFW area as the premier IT service provider for small businesses. In this role, you’ll build upon our strong foundation and lead us through the next chapters of our success story. Below are the specific responsibilities and duties:

· Lead a small team of technicians and account managers to be their best every day.

· Foster and add your flavor to the culture we’ve established over the years.

· Be an ambassador of the NerdsToGo brand[GS1]to businesses and residents across the area.

· Manage the daily operations to maintain the shop’s performance at a high level.

· Drive growth of businesses using our services.

· Collaborate with ownership on ways to improve any aspect of the business.

Must Haves:

· Prior examples of leading retail operations

· People management experience

· Proven leadership in work tasks & employees

· Passion for people; both customers and employees

· Growth mindset

Bonus Points if You Have Experience with the Following:

· Working knowledge of small business technologies (PC, Routers, Cloud, Microsoft products…etc.)

· Experience growing revenue for a retail store

· Networking with other businesses at events and meetups

· Enjoys celebrating wins with a victory dance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
