IT System Administrator Responsibilities of your Role:
Communicating with End Users
o Field incoming help requests from our end users via telephone, email, and other online requests.
o Avoid using technical information or jargon: speak in easy-to-understand terms to ensure client needs are being met
o Listen closely and ask relevant questions to determine IT issues and solutions
o Build rapport with clients to build relationships
Communicating with other Team Members
o Communicate and coordinate to fulfill client needs
o Record, track, and document all procedures as necessary and save them to appropriate locations
Diagnosing and Troubleshooting IT Problems
o Apply diagnostic utilities as needed
o Solve IT challenges within a Windows environment
o Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQs to aid your troubleshooting
o Test fixes to ensure problems get solved
o Develop help sheets and FAQs for end users.
Onsite Installations
o Setup and deploy PCs at client offices
o Follow established procedures for deployment
o Incorporate specific client business applications as needed

Requirements
- A college diploma or university degree and/or 1-2 years of IT System Administrator experience experience
- Certifications not required but desirable

Pay: $43,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
