Jr IT Systems Analyst

Kai-USA has an immediate need for an Jr IT Systems Analyst position.

Wage range is $32- $35.00

• Essential Responsibilities & Duties Summary:
• The Jr. IT Systems Analyst will review existing tech and service for possible improvements or updates and will additionally provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with the management of key IT systems and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT concepts, a passion for learning, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
• Handle help desk escalations through tickets (Spiceworks) or phone. Monitors helpdesk queue and uses it to track incident status and resolution. Identifies tasks to be escalated and assigns to appropriate personnel
• Deploy and troubleshoot PC hardware, mobile devices, and network printers. Troubleshoot a wide variety of systems and applications.
• Additionally, you will provide meeting support (audio and video equipment in conference), ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across the organization.
• Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process. Administer user groups and permissions in Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune for device/ policy management.
• Prepare SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) deployment images and software updates on monthly basis
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
• Perform all other job duties as assigned

Education and /or Experience:

The qualified employee will have an associate degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, plus four to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in IT support positions.
• Preferred: Network + certificate or Microsoft certificates
• Excellent written/ verbal communication as well as presentation skills at all levels. While there is an emphasis on technical skills and troubleshooting skills, there is an equally high emphasis on strong customer service skills.
• High energy, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be flexible and always looking for ways to improve things through technological advancements.
• Experience with Viso and automation. PowerShell and Python experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows desktop, Mac OS, and Office 365
• Experience with Entra ID and Active Directory maintenance and Exchange, as well as
• Knowledge of Mac and PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
• Experience with Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN
• File server knowledge
• Experience with desktop security products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
