Technical Support Specialist (Phone) - Electronic Fuel Injection

Open M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm

Duties
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist customers with operating system installations and updates
- Diagnose and resolve issues with EFI systems
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Suggested Requirements
- Knowledge of EFI hardware and software troubleshooting (ideally 1-2 years of experience)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively assist with technical information to non-technical users
- Must be able to work at the Aces Fuel Injection, Inc. location 10188 Dayton Pike, Soddy Daisy, TN 37379
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows or Mac OS
- Basic mechanic knowledge and experience with building cars is helpful.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
