We are a supply chain system integrator focused on the Manhattan Associates product suite. We specialize and provide Staff Augmentation for Manhattan, Korber, and Blue Yonder products. We work with a trusted network of independent contractors with a collective of hundreds of years of experience and hundreds of implementations focused on a wide array of Manhattan products. We continue to work in a variety of industries, from life sciences to apparel, with a multitude of flows (Retail, Omni-channel, and e-commerce) and complexities (basic to highly automated with MHE integration). We focus on partnering with our clients to deliver a solution with the goal of building a COE and enabling clients to own their processes and solutions internally.

Position Title: Körber Practice Lead / Director
Location: Remote (EST/CST Preferred)
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (Preferred)
Schedule: Part-Time – 30 Hours/Week

About the Role:

JGA is partnering with a leading supply chain client to identify a Körber Practice Lead / Director to help build, lead, and grow a Körber practice within a high-performing environment. This is a unique opportunity to wear both a technical and business development hat, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while driving growth and execution across Körber WMS implementations.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional who can balance customer engagement, technical leadership, and strategic input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader and SME for Körber WMS solutions.
• Provide executive-level oversight for Körber project delivery, support, and advisory services.
• Partner with business development teams to support pre-sales and client engagement activities.
• Guide customers through solution architecture, roadmap design, and strategic planning.
• Act as the go-to leader for Körber solutioning and technical escalation.
• Define best practices and frameworks for Körber WMS implementations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in warehouse management systems, with specific leadership experience in Körber WMS.
• Prior experience as a Practice Lead, Director, or Senior SME within a consulting or services environment.
• Strong understanding of Körber WMS architecture, configuration, integration, and implementation lifecycles.
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership, clients, and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of influencing technical and business stakeholders.
• Sales engineering or pre-sales experience is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated experience helping build or scale a Körber consulting practice.
• Background in both hands-on delivery and strategic planning.
