Full job description

Position:K–2 Instructional Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Hours: 20 hours/week

Job Summary:
Assist the lead teacher in delivering early childhood curriculum through hands-on support, classroom management, and one-on-one guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom routines and learning centers
  • Help monitor and guide small group activities
  • Assist students with tasks and transitions
  • Provide academic reinforcement in literacy and math

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with young children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fingerprint clearance required or willing to obtain

Job Type: Part-time
