Your Role as a Pre - K Teacher

- Foster a safe and supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive beyond the typical daycare experience
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and MN DHS Rule 3

Qualifications:

- Heart For Children: Genuine love for working with young learners (age 6 weeks to 12 years)

- Educational Background: CDA, Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field preferred but not required

Energy & Enthusiasm: Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to create engaging, fun learning experiences

-Team Player: Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills

-Reliability: Dependable and committed to consistent, quality care

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with a one-hour unpaid break.
