Kitchen Manager

Croissants Bistro & Bakery and Hook & Barrel is seeking a true leader for Kitchen Manager position

Shifts available Monday-Saturday {closed on Sundays}

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cook and prepare approved plate presentations. Be able to work with speed and under pressure.
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
• Supervising food prep and cooking
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
• Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
• Understanding and abiding by all DHEC requirements.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of working areas and equipment.
• Complete all responsibilities of the assigned position in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:

This position requires enthusiasm and professionalism. Prior restaurant experience required. Health Insurance & 401K options are available.

Culinary Degree extremely helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
