Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers
  • Prospect potential new clients in the Atlanta area that may need bulk fuel and diesel transportation services Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday deliveries i.e costco, sams club, marathon, valero
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize pricing strategies to negotiate and close sales contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales transactions
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations that demonstrate KLC's capabilities, expertise, and value in fuel logistics.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, FDA regulations, and transportation sales practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in fuel/diesel transportation sales
  • Preferred: Has existing relationships and networks in the Atlanta fuel/diesel industry
  • Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and compliance for transporting hazardous materials
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and match with appropriate solutions
  • Persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Persistent follow up and ability to turn prospects into paying clients
  • Goal oriented with a track record of overachieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in transportation or carrier sales
  • Knowledgeable in the using of Sales Force and similar sales tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with dispatching procedures
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations related to transportation sales

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
