Lash Technician

The Lash Technician will apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions, ensuring optimal results based on client preferences. This role requires precision, creativity, and excellent customer service. The Lash Tech will be responsible for client consultations, application of lashes, and aftercare advice while maintaining a clean and professional workspace.

Reports To: Med Spa Manager

Primary Job Functions:

• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look
• Customize lash applications based on client preferences, facial features, and natural lashes
• Apply individual eyelash extensions with precision and care
• Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure lash retention and health
• Promote, explain, and sell add-on services and retail products to drive upgrades and memberships
• Provide accurate charting and documentation of all client care
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and addressing concerns
• Maintain a clean, professional, and impeccable Med Spa environment
• Stay updated on the latest lash extension techniques and products

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in eyelash extensions or a similar beauty service
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for beauty
• Excellent verbal communication and client consultation skills
• Steady hand, attention to detail, and artistic creativity
• Knowledge of general business functions and client management
• Ability to work without direct supervision and manage time effectively
• Flexibility with schedules, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team player who supports management and business goals
• A polished, professional appearance at all times

Licensing and Training:

• Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician (required)
• Certified lash extension training (required)
• Advanced training in lash lifts and brow lamination (preferred)

Job Details:

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
