Your requirements and responsibilities will include:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose lawn issues such as weeds, pests, and nutrient deficiencies, and recommend treatment plans.
• Properly mix and calibrate lawn care products for accurate application
• Operate and maintain spray rigs, spreaders, and other lawn care equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicate with clients to provide education on lawn care and answer any questions.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience: Prior experience in lawn care, turf management, or pesticide application preferred, but we will train the right candidate
✅ Licensing: Ability to obtain or currently hold a pesticide applicator’s license (preferred)
✅ Attention to Detail: Accuracy in mixing, applying treatments, and following safety guidelines
✅ Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
✅ Physical Stamina: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting 50+ lbs
✅ Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
