Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in <Water mitigation>, <build>, and <Restoration industry>. As a Lead Technician, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various restoration projects, including <Mold remediation>, <Water damage restoration>, and <Fire restoration>. Duties:
- Manage and lead restoration projects from start to finish
- Conduct carpet cleaning and restoration tasks efficiently
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Perform mold remediation procedures following industry standards
- Execute water damage restoration procedures with precision
- Handle fire restoration processes with attention to detail
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Train and supervise team members on restoration techniques

- We require you to have 2 years of MICA experience

- You are expected to rotate with our on call schedule and you will receive over-time

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the restoration industry
- Proficiency in carpet cleaning and restoration techniques
- Knowledge of mold remediation procedures
- Familiarity with water damage and fire restoration processes
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
