NWV Group is a rapidly growing midsize property management and construction company headquartered in inner Northeast Portland. We are looking for someone who is ready to begin or continue their career in property management, real estate or marketing as our full time Leasing Coordinator. This team member will support our Marketing Director and Leasing Team with the below tasks and projects primarily focusing on listing new properties and reporting to ownership regarding their vacancies. Job Duties:
- Overseeing photography and other media for vacant units and complexes for marketing and listing needs
- Drafting, listing and maintaining vacant property listings for Leasing Team on Zillow, Apartments.com, Craigslist, and more
- Reporting vacancy updates to NWV Group owners and ownership groups
- Showing vacant properties, to include scheduling, preparing homes for showing, holding virtual or in person showings, showing follow-up/guidance on applying
- Responding to leasing inquiries, and resulting communication
- Vacant unit application processing
- Lease drafting and signing, arranging key pickups/move ins
- Assisting with placing and removing For Rent signage if needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and ownership of an available, reliable vehicle
- At least 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment, or comparable experience (1 year in real estate/property management or marketing preferred)
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Strong general computing skills: proficiency with Google products, Email and Web usage.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, multifaceted environment
- Ability to remain flexible and open to help where needed in a small office
Compensation:
- $19.00 - $23.00/hr depending on experience
- Full time benefits after initial trial period, including employer matched 401K, medical, dental, and vision, vacation, sick-time, and paid holidays.
