Overview
Authentic You Therapeutic Services is a private practice in Flemington, NJ. Authentic You was created by a therapist and dietitian who feel passionate about working with individuals and their families who are struggling with eating disorders, as well as co-occurring diagnoses. Authentic You has become a comfortable and safe place for our clients, and we are excited to have additional therapists join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBT.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Guide, provide, and implement coping mechanisms, therapeutic theories etc, to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong skills in clinical documentation and maintaining clients' records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.
