OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXCITING CAREER IN THE BAIL BOND INDUSTRY

All-Pro Bail Bonds is seeking a motivated licensed bail bond agent. We offer an hourly rate plus commission. Commission earnings are uncapped and based on performance.

Qualifications Required:

· Must have a California bail license

· Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Customer service oriented

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment

· Flexible schedule to work any shift including weekends, holidays and overnight shifts

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and underwrite bail
  • Post bonds
  • Interview defendants in custody

Required education:

  • High school degree or equivalent
