PRISM Wellness Solutions is expanding, and we are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor qualifications to mentor and supervise Clinical Social Workers (CSWs) pursuing licensure while maintaining their own client caseload. Position Details

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule: Flexible – Hybrid (In-Office & Telehealth)

Compensation: Competitive ($55 – $65/hour, depending on experience)

Location: Lexington, KY & Remote Telehealth (Hybrid)

What We’re Looking For:

Active Kentucky LCSW License

Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor status (or eligibility to supervise CSWs toward licensure)

Experience providing therapy to diverse populations

Strong leadership and mentorship skills

Comfortable working in a hybrid model (in-office & telehealth)

Passionate about evidence-based care and holistic wellness
