Position Overview

Better Together ND is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) or W-2 employee. In this role, you will provide in-person and remote therapy services to individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges and build healthier futures. You will also receive client referrals and marketing support to help grow your caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, peer support specialists, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations while upholding the highest ethical standards.
• Supervision hours are are not available. Must be already credentialed.

Qualifications

• Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent licensure in North Dakota.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience (preferred).
• Current malpractice insurance (required).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
