We’re looking for an LDA to help guide the clinical flow of our thriving boutique periodontal practice in Downtown Minneapolis. You’ll work alongside exceptional individuals and play a vital role in ensuring that our surgical days run smoothly, and our patients feel supported every step of the way.

About the Role:

This position offers more than traditional chairside assisting — it’s an opportunity within a supported, growth-oriented clinical team.

In our periodontal practice, assistants and hygienists work side-by-side as a cohesive clinical team — a unique and collaborative model that offers both roles the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute in meaningful new ways.

In this role, you will:

• Provide chairside support during advanced periodontal and implant procedures, utilizing both four-handed and six-handed techniques to ensure efficiency and precision
• Take digital impressions for surgical guides
• Administer N₂O
• Maintain records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Oversee infection control and sterilization protocols
• Contribute to a calm, organized, and professional environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
