Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a part-time (with potential for full time) LICENSED Esthetician to join our team for a long-term position! The person in this position will perform brow/lash services, spray tans and front desk duties. • Base hourly pay starting at $11/hr with the possibility for a raise after 90 days of consistent positive performance + retail commission + tips + bonuses {average = $20-$35+/hour} $50-75K per year

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in lash and brow tint/wax, lash lift (precise training provided)
• *Must have a current Louisiana license under the Cosmetology Board
• Must be a team player and be willing to jump in where needed.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the studio
• Demonstrates effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Creates and reinforces a proactive selling culture that focuses on building a confident and competent client. *Retail sales experience a plus!
• Must be a self-starter and independent thinker with FABULOUS people skills
• Must be able to schedule appointments in an efficient manner and multi-task
• Enjoys exceeding expectations and creating lasting, genuine client relationships
• Ability to effectively maneuver around, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, squatting, etc. Must be able to work alone. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

We meticulously train the art of spray tans, as we are known to be the best in town!

• Currently hiring for 4 days per week, 20 - 25 hours/week
• Some Saturdays. Closed Sundays.
• Compensation is hourly starting at $11/hr with the possibility for a raise after 90 days of consistent positive performance + retail commission + tips + bonuses
• MUST be available during the holidays, Summer & e/o Saturday
• Must have reliable transportation for salon errands and mobile tanning
