What You’ll Do:

Connect: Build relationships through networking and outreach to generate leads and grow your book of business.
Educate: Conduct personalized consultations to help clients understand their insurance options, including auto, home, life, health, and business policies.
Serve: Be a trusted advisor for Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients, ensuring they feel supported and cared for every step of the way.
Achieve: Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the values of State Farm.
Learn: Stay sharp and informed about State Farm products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual Superstar: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Licensed Professional: Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them—we’ll help!).
Sales Savvy: Proven success in sales, customer service, or business development (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
People Person: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Driven to Succeed: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others.
Tech-Smart: Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools to manage clients and prospects.
