Balanced Body Therapeutic Massage is a locally owned, clinically focused massage therapy practice built on integrity, professionalism, and results.

We specialize in customized, goal-oriented bodywork for clients managing chronic pain, injury recovery, hypermobility conditions, and stress-related tension. Many of our clients are referred through medical providers, including the VA Community Care Network.

We are currently hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our Bethlehem location only (full-time or part-time).

Your Role

You will provide customized, results-driven massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality therapeutic massage
• Following established clinical and office procedures
• Maintaining treatment room standards and sanitation protocols
• Communicating clearly with scheduling and administrative staff

You’ll have opportunities to:

• Incorporate cupping and hot stones into sessions (training provided)
• Develop treatment plans for repeat clients
• Document sessions accurately and assist with rebooking
• Collaborate with a team that values both professionalism and compassion

What We’re Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License
• Current liability insurance
• Strong clinical reasoning and client communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working within structured systems and policies
• Interest in continued growth and specialty development

We are looking for therapists who value consistency, follow-through, and long-term team contribution.

Compensation & Benefits

• $35+ per massage hour
• W-2 employee position

Schedule – Bethlehem Location

Shifts include:

• Monday–Friday: 9am–3pm or 3pm–8pm
• Saturday: 9am–3pm

Minimum three shifts per week, including one Saturday per month.
