Full-Time - Day Shift
Every other weekend

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented LPN to join our team! In this role, you’ll be a shift supervisor, working closely with provider offices and pharmacy to ensure accurate and timely medication administration. You’ll use our eMAR system and work closely with the Charge Nurse to ensure top-quality care.

Skills and qualifications:

• LPN license (required)
• Experience as an LPN (long-term care or assisted living preferred)
• Strong leadership skills to guide and support staff
• Attention to detail for accurate medication administration and documentation
• Compassionate approach to caring for residents
• Excellent communication skills to interact with families, doctors, and coworkers
