Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Addiction Counselor, RAC or CAC

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor or Masters Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals and groups, focusing on substance abuse issues and trauma. Provide group and individual counseling services.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate counseling interventions

- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

- Utilize medical terminology and clinical counseling techniques effectively

- Provide patient care with empathy and professionalism

- Apply behavioral analysis techniques to address behavioral health concerns

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC or PLPC or LRC) or Masters Social Worker (MSW or LCSW)

- Experience in mental health counseling and patient assessment

- Proficiency in clinical counseling practices

- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis methodologies

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in individual and group counseling settings
