INTO EDEN CHRISTIAN COUNSELING & WELLNESS

We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Counselors or provisional counselors to treat adults, children/teens, couples, and family with therapeutic interventions in group or individual therapy. Trained methods and modalities of each clinician are welcome. This position is in person.

We offer individual, family/child and marriage therapy, integrating Christ-centered faith and theology (when appropriate) with psychological approaches. Our clinicians are encouraged to use the modalities they feel most passionate about and be willing to learn how to integrate faith into treatment when clinically appropriate. Currently, our specialties include trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, body dysmorphia, weight loss journeys, and health and wellness goals.

We're Hiring:

• Fully Licensed Professionals: Join us to provide faith-integrated counseling, starting at $55-60/session, with opportunity to earn health benefits, 401K, PTO, sick time, and annual performance-based step-raises and promotional growth opportunities in the company. Applicants' years of experience and training will be taken into consideration.
• Interns/Provisionally Licensed Seeking Supervision: Learn how to integrate faith into psychotherapeutic practice with supportive supervision. Pay Rates start at $45/session after you have completed your master’s degree, passed the national exam, and have been given a provisional license from the state board. Step raises are earned based on performance measures, representation of clinic values, and hours earned throughout your internship. Provisionally licensed full-time employees can also earn eligibility for benefits and PTO/sick time.

There are two different shifts available including:

• 9:00am-2:00pm
• 3:00pm-8:00pm

Qualifications

• Ability to integrate (or willingness to learn how to) Christ-centered faith and theology into counseling practices.
• Licensed professional by the Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board or interns seeking supervision in counseling.
• Willingness to learn and apply the clinic's integrated method while still using clinical judgment in implementing your other psychological modalities, such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS, from a faith-based perspective when treating clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
