Pure Joy Counseling & Consulting Services in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) therapist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Therapist to join our team.

**Location: Remote or In-Person**


- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.

- Assess and diagnose mental health disorders and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

- Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development.

- Adhere to ethical and legal standards as established by relevant professional organizations and state regulations.


- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

- Licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) in Pennsylvania.

- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health care.

- Paneling on insurance companies is a plus but not required.

- Must have or be able to obtain professional liability insurance.


- Competitive pay commensurate with experience.

- Regular supervision and peer consultation groups. Supervision is available for those seeking licensure.
