After-Hours Licensed Therapist

Job Type: Part-Time

Location: Saginaw, MI

Hours: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate support and counseling to girls experiencing crises during after-hours.
• Conduct therapy sessions lasting 45-60 minutes each, focusing on addressing youth crises and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with the emergency shelter staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for the girls.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of each session.
• Follow all state and federal guidelines for therapy practices.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Experience working with youth, particularly girls aged 13-17, is preferred.
• Ability to handle crises and provide emotional support during after-hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of House of Love Agency.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Crisis management: 2 years (Preferred)
