**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a line cook, passionate about local, fresh, and seasonal food to be a part of the Sugar Water Family. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, food safety, and working in a restaurant or food service environment. This team member will have the ability to collabrate with our executive chef with 20+ years of experience from the East Coast.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality meals following our menu and recipes
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of food and supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff, and front of house team to provide excellent dining experiences for our customers
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus
