Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining food safety standards. You will play an essential part in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
• Assist in menu planning and development as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a line cook or prep cook.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.35 - $20.00 per hour
