About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Livestream Tech Operations Associate to support the execution of live commerce and content productions. In this role, you will ensure smooth technical operations during livestreams, manage backend tools, and collaborate with creators, account teams, and production staff to deliver high-quality live experiences.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys working behind the scenes to make live productions seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide live technical support during livestreams to ensure smooth streaming across platforms.
Set up, test, and troubleshoot equipment, livestream software, and streaming tools.
Assist with monitoring livestream performance, sales data, and audience engagement in real-time.
Work closely with talent and account teams to ensure product listings, links, and overlays are accurate and functional during streams.
Coordinate with the Live Operations and Tech teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
Help maintain livestream equipment, software updates, and internal systems.
Support in tracking and reporting on technical performance metrics and stream quality.
Stay updated on livestream trends, tools, and platform requirements to improve operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, IT, or related field preferred; or equivalent hands-on experience.
1+ years of experience in livestream operations, AV tech support, or digital production preferred not required (internships included).
Familiarity with livestreaming platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work calmly under pressure.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on livestream schedules.
(Preferred but not required) Basic knowledge of video editing, OBS, Streamlabs, or similar streaming software.
