Core Position Roles and Responsibilities:

- Position requires 100% outdoor work duties in a plant nursery environment

- Assist crews in loading and unloading plant materials

- Southeast US Plant identification is desired

- Familiar with Florida grades and standards for determining quality of trees and shrubs is desired

- Position requires constant heavy lifting, squatting, and bending

- Team player mindset required

Job Type: Full-time

Bonus Qualities: Applicants able to operate farm equipment and/or bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour, M-F with overtime opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
