Mortgage Loan Originator – Job Summary

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will drive loan growth by developing business contacts, attracting mortgage customers, and guiding them through the loan process—from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong business referral network through marketing, cold-calling, prospecting, and networking.
Originate and process loan applications with efficiency and accuracy.
Evaluate applicants’ financials and creditworthiness to assess loan eligibility.
Analyze loan documentation and perform credit analysis.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers.
Provide top-tier customer service throughout the loan process.
Stay up to date on loan products, guidelines, and industry regulations.
Utilize loan origination software (Arive) to track and manage loan data.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closing.
