Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to join our team. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the OSI team in support of the NIH Warehouse Operations contract
- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Utilize inventory management techniques to maintain optimal stock levels
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Oversee warehouse management systems to streamline processes
- Collaborate with teams to enhance supply chain management practices
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shortages and overages
- Conduct data analysis to support production planning and decision-making
- Manage materials handling procedures for efficient logistics operations
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot transportation and storage issues
Experience
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Knowledge of transportation management principles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
