MandiCasa by Dario Snaidero, an international leader in luxury kitchens, bath, and home cabinetry design, is seeking an experienced Designer to join our Los Angeles Flagship Showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-end Italian cabinetry and collaborate with discerning clients, architects, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative, functional, and elegant kitchen and bath and home design layouts.
• Guide clients through the selection of cabinetry, finishes, countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
• Provide detailed CAD drawings, elevations, and perspectives for client presentations.
• Create and present accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Read and interpret construction documents while ensuring ergonomic and efficient space planning.
• Specify appliances, fixtures, and accessories tailored to project requirements.
• Generate leads, cultivate client relationships, and drive sales conversions.
• Manage multiple projects, from design concept through delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent MandiCasa in a professional and knowledgeable manner within the design community.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing high-end kitchens and baths, preferably with Made-In-Italy cabinetry.
• Proficiency in metric system for accurate specifications.
• Expertise in kitchen design software (CAD, 20/20, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design as they relate to kitchen and bath spaces.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and architectural plans.
• Existing relationships with designers, architects, builders, and developers is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Showroom sales experience and a passion for luxury home design.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent at client engagement.
