Job Overview:
Holiday Healthcare is looking to add a highly talented and motivated maintenance engineer to their staff. If you are in search of a challenging position in building maintenance where you will be able to hone and grow your skills as a multi-talented skilled maintenance professional, then this could be the position for you. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC/R systems, as well as other equipment throughout the facility.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect and adjust equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including welding and fabricating as necessary.
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery, including pumps, compressors, and generators.
- Use ammeters and other electrical testing equipment to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and management regarding maintenance activities and schedules.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a relevant field preferred.
- Strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with HVAC/R systems and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with the team.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility or similar industrial environment is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
