PART TIME MAINTENANCE POSITION

Pen Bay Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire a part time maintenance employee for 20-25 hours per week for our property located in Williamsburg, Massachusetts.

The employee will provide maintenance for an affordable housing development. The position requires prior construction, carpentry, or maintenance experience. Job responsibilities require grounds maintenance, apartment repairs and apartment turnovers which include painting and cleaning.
