Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, performing a variety of maintenance tasks to support our residential properties. This role requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities.
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs and installations as needed.
• Carry out residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Attend to landscaping to maintain and enhance curb appeal.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or staff, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in plumbing and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to perform residential painting with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation, ensuring tenant satisfaction through timely and effective maintenance solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
