MANAGER – AERIAL ROPES COURSE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managers for Adventure Courses ensure that all staff and operations are set up to have the safest and best experience. They are responsible for the execution of several critical procedures and processes necessary to deliver this promise to our guest. They also have several other duties that are manager specific including training, maintenance, sales calls, marketing support and many other tasks to support the business.

MANAGER – AERIAL ROPES COURSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reinforces and hold staff accountable for all RYZE expectations and policies

Visibly, Actively, Managing operations at all times when scheduled as shift manager

Expert and role model when working at all stations

Completes all required checklists (Opening, During, Closing, Weekly)

Manages parties and table rentals to run smoothly on weekends

Books and/or communicates group/party booking properly

Manages group events to exceed expectations of lead client

Supports training plans and works to develop staff using appropriate forms

Coordinates shift smoothly including ensuring staff has appropriate breaks

Minimizes labor and maximizes productivity

Manages all staff to execute Safe, Clean, and Fun expectations at each station

Documents all employee performance issues

Completes Deposits, Counts Drawers and Backup accurately and efficiently

Communicates properly all phone calls, events, and other situations that happen on shifts

Addresses equipment or facility issues appropriately and timely

Deliver on the above Brand Promise and embody the above Team Values

QUALIFICATIONS

Great verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills

Hold self and other accountable to high standards

Basic administration skills with computers and money management

Focus on safety above all and attention to detail

Ability to work at heights of 50 feet, and lift 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time

Not afraid of occasional periods of diverse weather conditions

Great verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills

May be required to pass first aid and CPR training course

18 years of age or older

SALARY

Starting pay is $17+ depending on availability and experience. Hours are dependent on time of year, business demands, seasons, and weather. RYZE Adventure Park is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
