Manager, Financial Resource Development, Community Engagement & Donor Services

The Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center is currently hiring a Manager, Financial Resource Development (FRD), Engagement & Donor Services. This position will help fulfill the annual goals of the FRD department along with the agency’s mission. To achieve this, this position is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and data processing/management of Levis JCC programs and services primarily in the areas of community engagement, fundraising, and special events. In addition, this position works in partnership with lay leaders and committees in order to be responsive to and guided by the community we serve. This position provides support to the Director of Donor Services & Special Events Operations in regards to donor fund input and running of various donor and sponsor reports. This position will assist all departments in knowing amount donated/pledged to their departments periodically throughout the year and work with FRD department in assisting with events that consist of incoming donations, sponsorships, ticket purchases to attend as well as any other items that can be purchased for each events.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3-5 years experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership experience
• Brings a collaborative approach
• Proficient in Mircrosoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM (Donor Perfect)
