A Japanese-affiliated ramen restaurant in Seattle, Washington is looking for a manager to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career and gain experience in the US. Depending on experience, E-visa transfer support for may be available.

Both the Bellevue store and the Seattle store are hiring so you can apply to the location of your choice.

They currently have 6 stores and are planning to open more stores in the future!

Washington: Bellevue and Seattle
Massachusetts: Harvard Square, Back Bay, Allston
Virginia: Tysons Corner

<Main Responsibilities>
・Maintain store standards
・Store management (labor management, food management)
・Store PL management (sales, labor cost, cost of goods sold, SG&A expenses, profit)
・Planning and execution of sales measures, etc.

<Requirements>
・Must have a valid U.S. work visa (OPT is not acceptable).
・Business level English required + Business level Japanese preferred
・At least 3 years of experience as a manager in a restaurant
・Experience in Ramen restaurant in the U.S. (Experience in Japan is also acceptable)
・Hospitality skills
・Experience as a ramen chef is a plus.
