What you'll bring
- Executive leadership experience as Managing Director/GM or similar senior role with multi‑site scope and full P&L accountability (3–5+ years).
- Industry background: 5–10+ years leading sales or marketing in the office furniture/workplace solutions sector (or adjacent contract interiors).
- Strategy to execution: Demonstrated success in developing strategic and business plans and turning them into consistent operational results.
- Communication skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate key information across all levels of the organization, with an ability to tailor the message to the audience.
- Financial fluency: Strong grasp of corporate finance, KPIs, and value creation levers.
- People leadership: Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills; proven ability to coach leaders and scale talent.
- Judgment & problem solving: Analytical, structured, and decisive with a track record of tackling complex challenges.
- Education: BSc/BA in Business or related field (MSc/MA preferred).
- Mobility: Ability to travel ~30% domestically and internationally; valid passport required.
Working conditions and physical requirements: This position works primarily in a climate‑controlled office environment with minimal safety/health hazards. The role involves standard office activities (remaining stationary for periods, frequent movement within the office) and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs following safe‑moving practices.
