About this role:
Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Production Laborer to join our team. This position involves the hand assembly and construction of various components, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The technician will work in accordance with provided work instructions, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise guidelines.

Responsibilities:
· Hand assemble parts following detailed work instructions and technical diagrams
· Ensure strict adherence to quality specifications throughout the assembly process
· Inspect finished parts for defects and report any issues or deviations
· Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve problems
· Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for assembly
· Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assembly processes, work completed, and any deviations encountered
· Follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations

Requirements:
· Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical diagrams
· Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
· Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Willingness to join and comply with union rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Mylar’s

The pay for this role is $18.50 hourly. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this open role at the time of this posting.
