We're always looking for new team members to join our family and we are currently looking for technicians with some HVAC training and EPA licensure. We have been doing this for over 20 years now, and we pride ourselves in our friendly and knowledgeable staff and technicians and our efficient and affordable service! Our company believes that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance and quality work is our goal. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals, and we hope to build on that.

Pay

$15-30/hr (depending on experience)

Requirements

-EPA License

-1 yr HVAC experience

Job Description

-Cover and protect finished surfaces that may be damaged by task

-Perform maintenance, installations and repairs on marine heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in boats.

-Works under minimal supervision to complete tasks.

-Perform quality assurance checks on boats to insure proper operation of HVAC systems

-Diagnose, install and repair air handling equipment and duct work

-Diagnose and repair problems in refrigeration circuit such as leaks, tubing, reversing valves, sea water and air/ heat exchangers.

-Ability to formulate parts lists to submit to supervisor for review.

-Maintain a safe and clean work area.

  • Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
  • Must be able to maneuver in and out of smaller spaces when needed
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
  • Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
  • Preferably have reliable transportation to and from the shop

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
