Social Media Manager & Strategist Position Overview

We are looking for someone to grow and expand our social media reach for Stacy Tuschl & Foot Traffic Formula. You primary focus includes strategizing and staying up to date with the latest social media trends, curating engagement with our ideal audience, and attracting brand new fans and customers.

This position is a contractor position that will start part-time, but there is opportunity for full time work in the very near future. This position needs to be earned by your outstanding work during your part time position.

Most of your work can be done at anytime and remotely from your home or office. Occasionally we will have meetings at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. You are not required to live in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities include:

  • Social Media Growth: You will be focused on increasing followers, engagement, comments, likes, shares, etc.
  • Social Media Brand Management: Keeping our brand and voice consistent across our platforms. We do have a graphic designer in house that you can delegate to on a regular basis. We are looking for someone with ideas, strategy, and management skills to make sure everything gets done.
  • Campaign Creation: Our online business has 3-4 launches per year and we will have you help create a social media campaign for each project that helps spike engagement and turn our raving fans into customers.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Studying our numbers monthly and coming up with strategies to improve our performance.
  • Learning new trends & staying up to date: The social media world changes so quickly and part of your job will be to stay up to date with the absolute latest trends so we can implement them quickly.
  • Community Management: Engaging with comments, helping solve customer service related issues and making sure that our customers are well taken care of or directed to the person that can help them.

  • You speak fluent English and have excellent writing skills.
  • You would love to think of ideas and topics to bring to Stacy to have her share her unique perspective.
  • You have looked at our Instagram and know that you could continue to post beautiful photos that go along with the captions we give you.

Qualifications & Preferences

  • 1-2 years experience with social media management.
  • Comfortable with technology and social media.
  • Our main platforms are Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. We expect knowledge of all 3 but will provide sufficient training to get you up to speed. We will also be incorporating more Youtube and LinkedIn.
  • Looking for someone who is teachable and is excited to learn.
  • This is not required, but if you have any writing, photography or videography skills, or photoshop experience please make sure to let us know.
