Overview: Are you ready for a fun and rewarding opportunity to use your marketing skills to make an impact in the world? We are looking for a dynamic, growth-minded, enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things marketing. They love digging into the numbers and uncovering the most effective strategies to deliver our message to the right people and generate high-quality leads. We want someone that isn’t just interested in posting pretty pictures or producing TikToks. They understand the importance of working closely with our Sales Director to ensure our marketing efforts generate new business. We are a small, but mighty team so we’re looking for someone passionate about our mission and excited to grow with us.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze data, maintain promotional materials inventory, and prepare reports
- Update website and create landing pages
- Write clear, effective, engaging marketing copy
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Collect data and analyze market trends to improve marketing efforts
What you need
- Incredibly tech savvy, knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, with a short learning curve for new technology and platforms
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies and tools
- Experience leading and managing email marketing campaigns, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with Wix and Mailchimp is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; prioritization and efficiency is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively with the entire team
